I have to agree with you on one thingrasorbackq. Cats, coons and dogs are going to be hard to make lifelike looking. especially if your GLUING THE HIDE TO THE ORIGINAL SKULL.  If you didn't want sarcasm, you should have posted in another section besides beginners. They get a lot of it here because some don't listen. They continue to do the same things over and over without doing a little bit of research.  Oh wait... you would have gotten sarcasm in any other section too.  HMM.  Oh well...good luck with your project and get used to the idea of throwing away your first mounts. When you get better, you will.

The only way your going to get a real critique on a mount is to post pics. Don't be so sensitive and take constructive criticism as a building block. Don't take it negatively and then go pout about it, just because the comments aren't as  touchy feely as you may like. Toughen up and ask more questions, don't defend all the time.
