I am ready to start pickling. I made a ten gallon batch and when I checked the salt content of the water with the salimeter it was at 65. Everything I have read says it should be at 35-40. HuhHuhHuhHuh

Rittels instructions sais 40% or higher. i usually just put a bit more since i dont have a meter.
