A couple of questions:

1 I have finished my first hide and was wondering how many hides will a 5 gallon mix do?

2 I am using Liqua tan and is it necessary to oil before mounting?

Thanks,
RD

always use a fresh pickle to many variables!! safety acid is cheap salt is cheap hides are not. I always oil hides before mounting them it help with the longevity of the hide. Good luck
