what is the process to tan and dye alligator belly skins to be used for boots and purses.are there any websites or dvd's that explain this process?

If you search suppliers like Van Dyke's, McKenzie, etc., they sell books and DVDs on tanning. Just Googling taxidermy supply companies, you should be able to come up with something. Lots of suppliers on this site.
