Would a auto tanner accomplish the same goal as this?

Now that I'm off the codene cough syrup, I realize the auto tanner is increasing pressure, not decreasing it so auto tanner pressurizing will NOT decrease the air bubbles!

Sorry for the error.

Well In a way it will.  By putting the casting under Pressure before it cures (poor and let it cure under pressure) the air bubbles are made smaller.  So much smaller that you can not see them in many cases..  That is how a pressure pot works.

The universal gas law states   PV=nrT.    Where T is temp. V is volume and P is pressure.  Sooo, at a constant temperature the volume of a bubble will decrease with the increase in pressure.
