I had a customer bring in a skinned cougar with the skull still in it on March 1, 2007. He did not leave a deposit and said he would be back after he got his income tax refund and would put down the required $500 deposit. I have not heard from him since. I have heard through the grapevine that he no longer lives at the address he gave me and his phone # has been disconnected. How do I go about recouping my time and money for the tan? I'm in Washington state if it makes any difference.

Check your state laws before you do anything to make sure you have the right to sell it and if it is legal to sell it. If you can legally sell it, I would sell it.
