« on: February 21, 2007, 09:24:29 PM »

Well, I finally got the 2nd mount done.  I guess it's 2nd and 3rd since there's two critters  Smiley  This is the first attempt at a habitat, so please let me know if you have any ideas for improvement.  I know a few things I wish we're different, but I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks.  Thanks a bunch!

Fox looks good skunk could use a little "tweeking" but the question you asked was about the habitat.

It doesn't have a natural flow to it -if that makes sense ?

The vegatation thats higher than the foxes head draws the veiwers eyes away from the mount .
Perhaps level with its head would have been better, taking the viewers eye from fox to skunk and then up & away..
Also the over all base appears to bulky / Doesn't appear balanced.

When I'm working on design & composition of a mount I like to think of it as :

 Heaven - Man - &  Earth

Heaven being the highest point of the mount -The mount it self

Man being the Common ground that the mount shares - What the Piece is trying to say

Earth being the area that brings it all to gether - Where its all going or where its been
