Pretty cool day on the creek today. Been looking for a red breasted sunfish in the 10" range and this one nailed 10" on the nose. Of course the 7# blue cat that was also caught on a 6wt fly rod was alotta fun as well.
Hope these can help someone. Timjo I am not even on the same planet with. so it's getting wrapped up and froze until I have a bit more experience before it gets mounted.

I tell ya I caught some "normal" sized ones while fly fishing for shoal bass on the hooch this past weekend and I don;t know if it's because of the water clarity or the rains or sun or what but they had some of the wildest eyes I've saw on them in a long time. I'll have my camera next time and get some pics of those as well. Seems the smaller ones are always way more colorful as well.
