Staples, kinkos, wal-mart many places carry generic ones, but if your wanting a customized one go to a designer. There is someone on here that does them but I cant think of who it is someone will chime in with the answer. Jess Sifford

Go to a printer and get pressure sensitive paper, it leaves an impression on whatever is put on the first page. Just like a bankbook that makes a copy of your check. same paper.

Carbon paper is a rare commodity today. I did find some at Staples a few months back when I was making a transfer. You're better off to invest a few bucks and have someone make you a good 3-part contract. There are some guys on here who offer that service.

IF you have a computer you can set it up yourself and take it to any small print shop. They can run you duplicate or triplicate forms fairly cheap with black ink at fairly small print runs like 100, 250 or 500. I can help you set them up and print them if you need help.

You can buy two/ three part paper from Quill.com. Make a master using word and then simply run copies on a copy machine. You will then need to glue the two/three parts together.
