Here's a small  brown that I did 15 years ago this month. I was a lake fish
that had come into a river to spawn. No repro parts, the head was rebuilt with
sculpt-all.

1992 doesn't seem that long ago. I wonder what 2022 will be like, looking back
on 2007.

Nice work everyone!!!  Mr.  Glen, awesome steelie.  Mr.  Campbell really has some amazing blanks doesn't he??  And T.101, good looking bass.  Very subtle painting, and good body shapes.  I love the gill.  They are an amazing fish.  That brown is cool as well.  Man seems we can go on and on!!  Very sharp everyone.  Hopefully I will have a bass to post on here in the next couple days.

A yellow eye Rockfish replica from New Wave with a quikie commercial paint job.   I would love to do one of these for my own collection.

Here's a spotted bass I completed this morning.  Carved body, water-based paints, beginning to end.  One thing I have noticed on some of my bass mounts is that the scale markings under the lateral line, aren't in nice parallel lines.  Is this an indication that my forms may be to large and the skin is stretched too much, thereby distorting the scale arrangement?  Any thoughts on this idea would be appreciated.

Keep up the great postings.

Here is a photo of some more of Dale Cornetet's beautiful work.
He displayed these at our state show last year. They were not entered in competition,
but were displayed for pure viewing enjoyment.
