I am not sure if you are looking for a school, but Select Taxidermy in Calgary has a variety of different length courses. I believe the school part of the busienss is called Penn School of Taxidermy.  I know nothing about the courses or the instructors, but I happened to come across it in my own search for a Canadian school/classes.

Maybe someone else on Taxi.net has some insight into the quality of the education there.

I personally wouldnt waste my time with Penn or Select taxidermy.  Select is in alot of trouble with pirating manikins and was being sued at one point.

Was really hoping that a taxi man would help a guy out and show him the ropes on a deer head,
i have no problem paying for some time, just would like a helping hand as i said i would really like to do hands on rather than trial and error on dvd as i learn fastr that way!!!!

I know there is some great taxi guys here from southern alberta and hope they have some spare time to show a new guy a thing or two!!!!
