What can I do now

I have a bobcat skull I cleaned (maceration method), degreased and whitened. I glued the teeth and lower jaw back into place and sealed with a matte sealer. A few weeks later, some spots began to discolor from I assume grease. What can I do now, if anything.

I know it's not a degreaser but soak it in Acetone for at least a week. This will thin out the grease in the bone and allow it to leach to the surface and disperse in the Acetone. After it has had a good soak let it air dry and then give it a good wash in dish detergent or soak it in a sopy solution for another day or so and then wash and dry. You might have to reglue the teeth but wait a week or so first to make sure all the grease is gone.

Can we take a moment here to talk shop safety? One of the things that was drummed into my head at a very early age was that Acetone has a flash point of 7degrees fahrenheit, that means it will ignite from just your body heat. If you walk across a carpet of synthetic fiber you can create enough static electricity to cause a spark when you touch the open container that you are soaking the skull in and then it's kaboom and depending on where you are working on this you are suddenly without a home or a workshop. Make sure all solvent containers are properly grounded and that you use extreme caution when working with all the volatile concoctions that make our jobs easier,be sure to read and adhere to all instructions on packaging. It only takes one mistake and you can pay forever.

I would agree. Actually the flash point is -4 degrees http://www.bu.edu/es/labsafety/ESMSDSs/MSAcetone.html It is dangerous to use and it is EXTREMELY irritating to skin, eyes .. everything. I have 10 gallons of it in a 55 gallon drum with a sealed top. This barrel is outside in a shed on a wooden floor. I do use it for getting grease out of skullls, but for a beginner, maybe stay with a longer soak in strong Dawn. I used to use Coleman fuel but I just didn't like the gas smell and the Acetone evaporates faster. Acetone is also not cheap. If you don't boil the skulls they should degrease quickly.
