The wings look really tight, I think they should look more relaxed since it's a dead bird and their muscles relax.
I close the eyes or have them almost closed on the deadmounts I have done.  Also the eye looks yellow in the pic, should be red.

Thanks for the critique.  The eye is red but it does look yellow in the picture.
