I am looking to learn about taxidermy. I know a little but still need a lot of help. Any help or ideas or know of anyone willing to teach or help out in NJ. I am a father and can't leave for weeks to learn from schools. Thanks Nick

Hey Nick Im not in Jersey but not too far.I offer a 2 weekend Whitetail class or 4 days Sat-Tues or Thurs- Sun.Check out my website at  http://www.whitetailtaxidermyschool.com/
Ive had alot of very successful students open shops from what they learned here.

I'll throw my hat in the ring. If your looking for beginners instructions for mammals and deer I'd be willing to help out. I'm not a national award winning taxidermist, but I have worked for, and do work for some of the biggest shops in NJ. We could work out a one on one deal that wont break the bank.

There are 3 options here for you folks in NJ.
I am in Pa. about 10 miles Trenton NJ
I can help you with Wt. and game heads. if your interested.

If Crittercoroner is offering, I would get in touch with him. He would be a wealth of knowledge for someone starting out in the N.J area. He was a big help to me getting started and involved with the GSTA. This would be a good starting point for some hands on instruction.
