I know that van dykes discontinued there line of trans la tex paint awhile ago but I was wondering if anyone had a bottle  that they had sitting around that was still good and wasn't needing or using it. I really like the effect it gives on my fish. Or if anyone has an idea of another gold sparkle  paint that that has a soft gold, large flake affect. I don't really like the lifetone or the polytranspar golds for my fish. Thanks Pete

The PolyTranspar line of water based paint sold by WASCO will work just fine.  It's call "shimmer" instead of "sparkle".
