« on: February 17, 2011, 12:24:17 AM »

I don't know about any of you guys and gals, but i'm ready for spring to get here! So i thought i would start a photography thread consisting of warm weather photos. First is a Red Spotted Purple butterfly which i took first place with in the native wildlife division at the Marshall County Conservation Board anual photo contest last week.   If you want to check out more of my artwork and photography i'm on Facebook under Larry Holden Art and Photography.

No i think its on a variety of wild mustard. That stuff grows wild all over the ditches here in Iowa in the summer. I know when i was a kid the pollen off it would burn my skin and make me blister up.

How about anyone else, have some pictures to share??
