I was about to take a class with this artist. but then she left Pittsburgh before my section started... such is life, I suppose.

One of her better known works is this (Herd, 2005), where she borrowed gameheads from the Hunting Museum in Munich and arranged them so that they were at actual height of the animal:

I'm not saying at this is the proper way to arrange trophy heads so that they can be fully enjoyed (or not be damaged by people passing by), but it certainly makes you think about how we hang them and why...

Any thoughts?

interesting and it does give you the perspective of their real-life size as related to us as humans.  Very different from usual displays.
