I met a guy at a Ducks Unlimited banquet last week ,he showed me a picture of a buck he shot with a muzzleloader in Ohio that scored 202 plus.Does anybody here in Ohio or nearby do antler casting,is there a market for a copy of these antlers??

There are a few of us in MI that do replicas. Need pictures to say if there is a market for them.

thanks Doug ,I'll call him up and get a picture to you it had a 26'' inside spread ,and Field and Stream is going to do a story on it.4th [I believe he said] in the state for muzzleloader.

really anything over 200 if it is typical is very good, but if it is nontypical, sometimes they just are not that in demand. If there is a story on it, I bet there may be a contract already set on the real antlers. They may not be allowed ot make duplicates if they are paying for the story, then may have bough the rights already.
Hard to say.

can you believe it he looked at me like I had a third eyeball on my forehead when I told him about casting and replicas,,NEVER heard of it ,it is a typical with a couple small stickers the right antler has a unique shape out on the end ,kinda like a crab claw but small.
