If you are building the set yourself, the COST is going to be around $250 to $270 just to get the molding and casting materials to start. It may be more based on the method of mold making that you choose to use. That doesn't include the common materials that you need.

If you are looking for a PRICE that someone charges to do a set for you, then you can start with Mr. T's price. That's somewhat close.

I charge $6.00 inch also, but I have a minimum of $1,000.00.
That covers the molding and first copy, additional copies run $2.00 to $2.50 inch.
I also make molds for $10.00 inch if you want the mold, you get one copy to show how the cast look.

When you measure the rack for pricing, you don't include the spread measurement, correct? You are going by the b&c score minus the spread?
