Looking for a good school... Suggestions?

I've always had an interest in taxidermy. I live in south Ms and would like to find a 6 week course, some where in the US that I can learn to do things such as do fish, duck, deer, turkey and predator animals. Looking for a school that has patience for someone who has never done taxidermy. But once I leave I could walk away knowing how to do taxidermy. I dont mind going anywhere in the country but looking for the best place to learn and build my knowledge.
Would love to learn how to preserve deer, fish, small game, predator animals, ducks, turkeys and do the things that really sets these mounts apart and rugs etc.. Would like to have the chance to work for someone after I get out to keep learning and maybe one day when my work becomes good open my own business.
Would love to hear of some state of the art schools that I can gain confidence and learn from ... Thanks!
I've been trolling this site for some time.... its a good one

There are lots of good schools that specialize in different types of taxidermy, but for fish, birds, and mammals I would suggest Northwest Iowa School of Taxidermy with Tom Matuska.

Cindy Cunningham also offers the same curriculum in Kansas City, but I believe each type is it's own course.
