Made a pour wth polytrans par water.Mixed it to 1%.8oz of water 2.4 ml of catalyst. After 6 hours its still like gell and can be moved with 90 pounds of air pressure and ripples or waves melt back out after a couple minutes.I was expecting like a 20 minute kick time. This is in an air conditioned shop at 72 degrees.Any ideas?I cant beleive this is normal.

I've had that, but I live on the coast. Humidity really affects it. Frustrating as hell when you're trying for waves or ripples. Also, do a layer of envirotec when you're finished. It will keep your polytranspar from clouding.
