I did this rock ledge for a grouse using Mp's method.  Easy and fast. Took all of 45 minutes including building the wood base inside to hold the bird.  I charged $75.00.

yup.  I should have a backdrop for taking pictures. but that is part of my drying room.  I keep chemicals in there that I don't want the grand kids getting into.
