Howdy-
  I have completed (more or less) my first attempt at taxidermy - a copperhead which I did using Tom Voyer's DVD as a guide - I am pretty happy with the result but I would like to know whether or not to spray with Krylon clear sealer as shown in Tom's material - the snake is not a colubrid as mentioned in the DVD - don't want to mess it up at this point.

Yeager uses Modge podge. I use a 50/50 mix of water and flexible fin finish, Tom uses Krylon. I guess it's a matter of what you like the best.

I used Yeagers method on a couple of copperhead skins I have and am pretty happy with the results. I can post a pic if you like.
