I put in 10-15 percent beef fat and some cracker boy seasoning, datil and cayenne pepper and it's ready to cook. It's the best way I've found to eat the really big ones that usually aren't worth saving .

Cool. Most people seem to ruin a lot of meats like deer by mixing them with pork.  YUK! Thats why I was wondering.

I got to try the burgers when I was at Bubbas and let me tell ya, those things were good!  Bubba treated us like kings when we were down there.  Definitely ranks very high on some of the best times I have ever had in my life.  We had a blast.

Yeh too bad yall didn't have more time and I could've took off work and really got into a few things and stirred up a little trouble in the swamps.

glad to hear it went ok. wish i could have got to se you all. i ended up in the hospital last week chemical burns from an unknown substance under a house i was framing up. spent one night in er luckily my vision is back , dammm cant stand those morgan lens but they work. now just have to indure peeling skin. and burns like a drunk yankee on the beach. i would have rather been gator hunting
