Hi!
My name is Stephani and I am currently a senior in high school wondering if it's possible to Job shadow a taxidermist? Or would that count as a training program?
I hope I posted this in the correct place!

Thanks!

You can try. Pick up the phone and call local taxi's and see if someone is willing. That's how I started. Dont be surprised if you get a mix of reactions. I got everything from "you should pay me to teach you", to "no way, more competition"....until i finally found someone that was willing. I worked for 6 months on my dime....gas/lunch/everything, didn't ask for anything and was greatfull for the training. If you do this, expect every crap task to be thrown at you and do it with a smile.

Thanks, tx, that's exactly what I'm afraid of! And I kind of figured that people would tell me no do to competition reasons and such. I just don't want to job shadow some one who will like, consider it as a Training thing, you know? lol.

I'm located in FLint, Michgan.
