Bobby, I charge $450 a foot for L/S gators that big out of my shop.  However I have seen people as low as $200 per foot. Rugs, heads and 1/2 LS mounts all have their own price ranges as well.  Hopefully that will give you an idea where to price yours.  Remember to ship a raw 12 foot gator is expensive but to transport a mounted 12 foot gator is even more expensive.     If I can be of any more help just let me know.  Thanks, Dan
