I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to you my name is Rick Ault and I'm the owner of

Corian® is an advanced blend of natural materials and pure acrylic polymers that offers the look and feel of stone but the ease of use and machineability of wood. You can glue it, screw it, route it and cut it with the same tools used by woodworkers and then polish it to a matte, semi-gloss, or gloss finish.

I have had a serious interest in taxidermy since I was a kid with a special interest in birds. I have an evergrowing collection of waterfowl mounts from taxidermists from around the country and feel that quality base work makes a good mount great. I'm looking forward to continuing my research here at the forums and although I don't post much I very much enjoy reading your thoughts views and techniques about your work.
