Any quick tips on how to remove dried velvet from antlers? Usually I soak them in a tub of water and dish soap then power wash em, but still find myself sitting down with a pair of pliers fighting with it. Just wondering if there is something else I could add to the soak in order to soften the velvet a little quicker.

Wire wheel it lightly. Or wire brush it.
