Hi to all that reads this. I live in Erie county Pa and I am looking for someone willing to teach me the art of taxidermy.I can pay someone ( I can't afford alot,) but willing to work for trade in teaching me. It has been a long dream of mine to be a taxidermist.I am 39 years old, avid hunter and trapper and love the outdoors. If anyone is willing to take me on as a apprentice or to allow me to watch please contact me.
Thanks for your time
Howie

Look under Training section and go through the to see if there is anyone close. If not contact some Taxidermist that are close to you. No one will do it for cheap. If you can not afford the full course, than start out with one course like Game Heads ,Fish Birds ,Small Fame or whatever. Work on them until you perfect it then move on to another one. Good Luck. First thing you should do is join th PTA . Then go to the show in 7 Springs this year. You can learn alot there. Along with meeting some folks that might be close to you. That might be willing to help you out.
If you were closer . You could come by here on weekends and I could help you with Gameheads.
