Finally finished

I finally finished a 11'7" Alligator rug.
This thing was in salt water for a long time, He had barnacles groaning on his entire body.
Thanks to Pysco for the pep talks and advice. I removed 50% of his scales on his head. They were slipping due to bacteria that set
in with wounds incurred by another gator latching ahold of his head. I also poured resin between his scales and skin on about 25% more of his head, in order to fill in the gap. Overall this thing turned out great for being the 2nd gator ever mounted.
His nostrils are crap, sunk in.
His eyes are set, very far back. Because he was blind, we depicted him that way.
Storage, does he have to be keeped in a conditioned space, or can he be stored in a enclosed trailer, ( he is going to be traveling, with the Trophies of Grace) "World class deer heads"
Will get pics up soon, new mac computer, trying to figure out how to resize.

As soon as i could get it out of my head that it was wrong to cut scales off, I was fine.
would have been done a lot sooner if I would have just DONE IT.

trying to get a bigger pic,
can't seem to make it work
Storage is biggest question, Conditioned space or enclosed trailer ok.

I'm not saying you CAN'T keep it in a enclosed trailer but I choose to keep everything in a temperature controlled environment no matter what it is.
