working on a buddy's gator hide for a wall mount hope to get the video for christmas. Now that i am gain fully employeed i'll order it myself and find out what i've missed but with all the help here its looking pretty good

 any comments welcome

btw, I made those gator fritters last weekend and they were awesome, thanks again for the recipe
