On a bear that small go kill a coyote, they will match fairly well.

Did you try searching where you did all your water changes, they surely wouldn't just get up and walk away. I always take the skull out of the water, check for any missing teeth, and then poor the water out on some paper towels to catch any that fell out. Also helps to poor your water out on ground without grass (if your dumping outside). If you cant find them, sometimes I've seen people sell misc teeth, could try a search on the internet.

Cant help you out on the teeth, i've been there tho!!!!!!  My Advice on the next ones, i use 2 1/2 gallon ziplock bags to put the skull in.  I use straight ammonia and Ajax in there, great to degrease and way better to keep track of those little teeth.  You may have to find another bear skull, call around to some taxidermist.  They will have a few bear in the freezer!!!  No worries!!!

I'm telling you, the bones really do just walk away sometimes. . .
