I am thinking about sending hides to tannery, I am looking for input on doing this as far as do you salt the hides, or send frozen, turn everything?Any input would be appreciated.

It depends on what your tannery does. Mine fleshes turns and tans for one low price, so i have him do it all and I send him my capes frozen.

Just got back from there yesterday. Brent is awesome, I took him a few hides to tan and was just BSing, next thing I know I'm getting some good pointers and practicing my eye work under his guidance lol. I was thrilled. His deer are beautiful.
