I have shot a red fox like this in the UK and a friend of mine has a border collie like it, it is just the dog equivelant of dwarfism.

I can't tell if that's real or not. How would an entire digestive, cardiovascular, skeletal etc. system fit and function in such a short body? How would such a small body be able to support such a big head? And how would it be able to eat enough to grow into maturity (I'm guessing by those legs it wasn't able to run correctly).
