When tanning with formic acid or Safe Acid, every so often a cape will get lighter spots and the hair wants to curl up.  Would anyone have any ideas as to why this could be happening?  Also any ideas on how to remedy the cape?  Thank you,

Too much acid/Direct Pour of acid on cape/too low pH... Can all cause that..
