it takes me probly longer than the average person to skin, split and turn capes, i was do to salt the capes while i was working on them to help lock the hair, then throw them in the freezer until i got my krowtan shipped... what do u think

     It is not a good idea to freeze freshly salted skins, as the salt will not let the skin freeze, water accumulation in areas could cause the skin to spoil if left for very long, either or salt the skin to remove moisture or freeze the skin, you can salt dry a skin and store in freezer to retard bug action if that is the only place you have to keep insects out, but I see know other reason to store a salted skin in the freezer, Salt or Freeze this is common practice.
