What are the different methods of tanning game hides? What brand is the best and easiest? Rittels.... McKenzies...or others? Who do you prefer and why?

Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. They are one and the same...
Re-hydrate! It is an important step.

I did some searching....it appeears Lutan, Liqua tan and EZ-100 are the most popular types. What is the difference btween a wet tan and a dry tan?

I like EZ 100, but its opinion. Try some different kinds and see what you like.
