Im assuming it can be neutralized & dumped safely with no ground contamination?

According to their instructions, you can pour it down the drain or put it on the ground.

Do not pour it into a septic system! It will kill whatever is growing and I wouldn't let any pets get near it if you pour it on the ground.

There is no metallic component in EZ-100. That makes it (spent solutions) easy to dispose of after you've used it. However, in a septic system, like too much of anything, it may kill off the bacteria essential to breaking down your normal waste materials - I wouldn't dump it in there. I'd definitely neutralize it, and then you can safely dump it in your sewage - and I've heard of guys simply dumping it in a nearby road ditch.
