Do you do hide pred for everything or just whitetails Vandy? I've been meaning to stop by your shop multiple times, perhaps maybe I should.

Yesterday I was shaving a hide and it was going along pretty smooth; since I have a smaller flesher i have to sharpen the wheel pretty often (unless I'm doing it wrong). So an hour into my shaving I get towards the armpits and brisket and my wheel starts getting dull...i try to sharpen it but it is no use, it's like the sharp edge is completely gone. I tried for quite awhile to get it back but couldn't. Any advice? The guy on my Dakota DVD doesn't exactly explain it very well.
