bought this thing a little while back, never used it been trying to understand how to first. i have no directions or tuning steels as of right now. watched the youtube videos 1 to 8 and they helped me understand quite a bit, but they don't have real good close up footage when tuning. i think i have the just of it we will see.
anyways my question....it came with 3 blades and all are rusty. some are worse than others, should i buy new blades, send these to get reground, or try to tune and use them? when it is time to get them reground, who does this?

Alot of this depends on what rusty means. Most blades do get a little rusty. Are they pitted? Will steel wool or similar clean then up? You will need tuning steels, buy or go to the welding suply store and buy tig tungsten tips and make your own. You probably need to buy your first set they you will see exactly what they look like.

Send them out to get ground, and like duxdown said, get tungsten tig rod at a welding store if you have access to one. If you need steels let me know, we have them made up in handles ready to go.
