I still don't know honestly know what the hell he's talking about?  He asks if there's a new distribution center and then gets chitty saying 'you figure it out' when I ask who? 

Why's it gotta be so damn complicated?  Just ask 'is ___________ opening a new distribution center in Pennsylvania?'  Wow, how hard is that?
