The silicone will be cured after the specified time per the material you use. Dragon Skin will vary based on type you purchased. Demold times vary from 75 min, for DragonSkin 10 fast, to 16 hours for DragonSkin 30.

You can always "Post Cure" molds and castings. Post curing is putting a mold or cast into an oven and heating at, usually 150 degrees F, for 1 to 3 hours depending on the product.

If you read the specs on many plastics, you will find that they don't reach full strength for 5 to 7 days. Post curing speeds this process and in many cases is a mandatory step in the curing process. I am using some Innovative Polymer's material in my shop that requires a post cure at 150 for 1 hour.
