Bad LutanF Instructions

Last week I had a tub of LutanF come in from McKenzie's. As I was recycling the packaging material, I came across a set of instructions for the LutanF. I glanced over it real quick and quickly noticed the instructions said to neutralize after pickle and prior to placing hide into LutanF solution Shocked

WTF !

From what I understand from many discussions on here, it can be done that way just fine. I have been told that you get a better if you go straight from the pickle to tan and basify it while in the tan. I do all my tans this way and so far have had great luck! No problems! I think it is really just personal preference?
