Best color for gills?

Hi everybody, I'm brand new to this site as well as taxidermy. My area of interest is reproductions. What is the best red tint paint color (airbrush/other) for painting the gills? Is one brand better than another?

I use "gill red" in lifetone.  I usually use lifetone or polytranspar.

I use Polytranspar intense red...laquer based.

ALl laqur paint on gills polytranspar
White, then gill red then highlite with intense red
I know guys it is over kill, but I like it

I do prime them with white first.  For a long time I didn't do that, and gills never looked right.
