I bought a vac-n-blow, the orange one from consumed. Stronger than a hair dryer and it gets warm after a few minutes...really like it. I use that to break up the down them go over it again with hair dryer. It's cheaper than the airforce model, which I would have purchased if I had had more money at the time, but this one is more compact and works great. Around 200$.

I got a pet dryer from Sam's Club website for $110.  IT works great and a lot cheaper than some of the name brands.

thanks all. I do use borax and gas all that. My ducks do fine with the hair dryer, but geese and turkeys seems to take me for ever.alot of have stated the shop vac deal. Ok. here is a dumb question how do you convert the shop vac to a blower

Roll the goose or turkey in a couple layers of papertowel, then in a thick cloth towel for 30-60 minutes, then blowdry. Works great!

I use a heavy duty inflator. Got it for $35 on clearance at Gander Mtn. It's essentially the same as a blower just has attatchments for inflating which I don't use of course. Much more powerful than a hair dryer, but less than the driers sold by the suppliers
