I have tried my hardest to search for the answer but cant get what need.
Who makes the best competition quality jawsets?
?? Noonkester or Mohr?

You can aesily mold your own with 100% silicone from the hardware store. Just out a tube on the end of the silicone nozzle, and pump it into place, use mineral spirits to smooth it up. it make take a couple days for it to dry but it works well.

Matuska makes a nice set, has lips casted with them, but made to have about a 1 1/2" mouth opening.
