I'm not sure I understand websites. I plan on getting one, problem is most of my pictures are old and alot taken on disposable cameras with unsuitable backgrounds.  When I took these pictures it was just so I could look at them and occasionally show someone a big buck I mounted. The background is the shop environment or hanging on a wall outside.
Question? Can these type pictures be taken to a professional photography studio and "enhanced" so they would work on a site?

double barrel, websites are a good thing and they don't cost much once they are up and running.  People can view your website on their phones. People with money tend to be tight that is how they got to where they are. I was in the same boat, with employees that smoked, it seemed that they were always on break, and never got anything done. I went to the boss and demanded a crew of nonsmokers, it didn't work. I am glad to not deal with crap any longer. I too hope to get a moose mounted here in the near future, if I could ever put down the phone and put out the cig and get off the darn computer.  Smiley  3bears

I went back and modified my post since I obviously ruffled some feathers with my comments about smoking. I've never smoked because I grew up on a tobacco farm, used to get sick from working in it. I did try weed in college ,BUT I DIDN"T INHALE!!! that's got to mean something right?
Kinki, glad you got your driveway fixed. Hey I got an idea. Maybe Ken should start a "who gives a $hit section", then when you read a boring post just take it as long as you can and then BONG! hit the button and off it goes into the "WGAS" section. Just like on the old gong show, with the rest of the useless posts like peeing off the porch or I saw Elvis in the convenient store. How bout, I got a new so and so, going on vacation, or, my dog pooted. Need to put that one on bookface.
PS, y'all better quit that smoking before it kills you.

To answer your question, yes they can.   Depending on what condition they are in though, it could get expensive.   Without seeing them, I would guess your best bet would be to just start over with a digital camera, and if you have some film ones that you really want, see about having them done.   I know how to do it, but do not have any of the software I need to do it, or I would help you out.

Why did you edit it? I liked it. Why do we have to worry about expressing our opinion?  I did smoke for over 20 years. What a dumb choice.  Glad I quit. I believe that your photos can be enhanced and posted on a website. But I would think that for the most part you would want recent work posted on a site. Get a good camera and start taking pics now. Take many of each mount and pick the best for your site. Good luck 3bears

I usually just have clients email scanned photos or send them through the mail. I have several professional photo editing programs that usually allow me to clean them up for use! Most webdesigners that I know include this service, within reason, in their design packages. :-)

Best of luck
