As I am using mainly white glue to articulate or put teeth in place, the glue would simply dissolve in the peroxide. Therefore assembling is my last stage, think most do it like that. Final degreasing might be done after articulating a skeleton though, in acetone or gasoline.

Do all your cleaning steps first. Assembly is the last step. You might find that some parts fit back together much better when wet. After drying completely, sutures tighten up and you may not have to use glue at all with some repairs.
Use Elmer's Glue for the best repairs. But do your gluing steps last.

The glue would also leave darker spots cause it keeps the peroxide off.
