Doug Miller/Thunder Hills Ranch, Michigan

I booked a hunt with Mr.Miller for a 340 class Elk which was to be hunted on the week-end directly after Thanksgiving. I sent him 1500 for a deposit. He called me the afternoon I was to head his way and told me a client had shot the Bull in the butt and he needed to find another. I contacted him again two weeks later and was told he had a replacement Bull. I requested a hunt on that follwing Monday but was told he had too many in camp. O.K., I told him to come up with a date for me and call back. That was early to mid December. He has never call, returned any of my many calls to him nor responded to my e-mails. I did get him to answer the phone on the 21st of Jan. and he asked me to call back in 5 min. He stated he was talking to another client ..... When I called back it went right to voice mail. I sent him registered letters to no avail. I have his Ranch address but only a P.O. box for his residence. I am looking for someone from Michigan who can help me get this thief on the phone or let me know where he lives. I figure he is blocking my calls at this point.
I did talk to someone at another ranch near his and they were suprised he was doing this, especially as he was leading a fight over a hog ban up in Mich. in which they are also involved. Please P.M. me if you know him or in any way can shed some light on this situation.
Thank you, Jim McNamara
