these must be hand blown on wire glass eyes....one set is 24mm the other is 30mm

I will dig some out, one pair came out of a deer mounted in 1883. the other set is from 1923. I did have the news papers out of the 1883, but they have long since gone to the dump.

i had a bunch of hand blown glass eyes from germany...they were outstanding looking eyes...i'm sorry that i ever used them in mounts....and they looked just like the eye assortment the J.W.Elwood company sold at the time,hell they even sold excelsior wrapped bodies

Rozzie and sons out of verginia have a ton of those, they have been taking them to shows for the last 2 years trying to sell them. I paid 1.00 for a pair last year, seemed pretty interesting how they were made.   As soon as I get home ill look up the contact info to them.
